Cleanroom Belt Hoist
The Verlinde Eurolift BH electric belt hoists from 63kg to 6,500kg which are specifically designed for hygienic and cleanroom applications such as pharmaceutical, semi-conductor, aerospace and food preparation.

Fixed Suspension Configuration
The Eurolift BH electric belt hoist with fixed suspension is not equipped with a trolley and is used for applications where horizontal movement is not required.
Powered Low Headroom Trolley
Fitting the Eurolift BH electric belt hoist with a low headroom trolley delivers optimum use of the height of lift available.
Manual Low Headroom Trolley
The Eurolift BH electric belt hoist manual trolley configuration within a reduced headroom working environment provides maximum height of lift.
Electrical Cubicle
The Electrical Cubicle is mounted on the front face (of the BH2 model) or rear face (of the BH5 model) of the hoist and is easily accessible through a snap-action system. The cover is equipped with two anti-drop type steel safety cables (BH2) or hinges (BH5).

Key Features:
Gear Box
3 steps helical gear, life-lubricated (semi-fluid grease), compromising 0-ring seals and lip seal at shaft end (BH2).

2-speed motor, electromagnetic brake featuring automatic wear compensation. IP 55 protection. Class F insulation.
Overload Limiter
The hoist has a load limiter as standard, safel preventing hoisting operations in the event of overloads.
Fibre Belt
Lubrication-free, high strength belt produced from polyester or Dyneema. Able to maintain strength after immersion in boiling water and withstand acid attacks.

WHEN DOES YOUR HOIST NEED A GENERAL OVERHAUL OR TO BE REPLACED?
Hoists, whether they are electric chain hoists, manual chain hoists, electric wire rope hoists or electric belt hoists are all manufactured with 10 years of serviceable life before a major overhaul or replacement is required. The ten year service life may not necessarily be a physical ten years of operation, but may be used up more quickly or slowly based on how the machine is being operated during its working life.
In order to help evaluate the working life of a hoist you need to be able to calculate how much of the original manufacturers Safe Working Period exists after your lifting operations have occurred.
