A range of winches and accessories for aerial performance
A range of Performer Winches which are ideal for single line pendulum flying, 2D bridled flying using two winches or 3D bridled flying using four winches and in its standard configuration is a perfect solution for aerial performance or for single point lifting in a theatre (point hoist on a grid for example).
Hoist UK are also able to provide all of your aerial performer accessories, such as hoops, cubes and coat hanger / spreaders, as well as any custom fabricated item you may want.
All winches and accessories are manufactured in house in our own factory.
CUSTOM PERFORMER FLYING WINCH SYSTEM, BOYZONE
Rigging specialists Over The Top wanted a performer winch system that had easy and fast assembly, quick movement and the highest safety factors. The performer winch system would need to custom designed to accommodate Boyzone's planned performance, to fly the band members to the 'B' stage and then back to the main stage again.
Our custom performer flying winch system was used during the tour to fly dancers above the stage, then used for the encore to fly all members of Boyzone to the “B” stage and then back to the main stage and the winch is a custom version of the popular Hoist UK range of pilewind winches.

CITY OF DREAMS, MACAU
Working with the Franco Dragone Entertainment Group we commissioned a range of standard products for a large scale lifting solution, as well as designing, manufacturing and installation a motorised performer platform system.
Franco Dragone Entertainment Group envisaged a system that would enable performers to be tracked out into the void above the main stage and so the solution would need to be certified for man riding which is quite out of the ordinary and challenging.

Our entertainment consultancy customer required 2 performer flying systems and a display rigging system for a holiday resort in Greece for one of the UK’s premier tour operators.
Working as part of a larger scale project it was vitally important that the specification was fully understood, and their vision was realised using the knowledge, experience and innovative thinking at our disposal. The challenge was ensuring everything was prepared, configured and ready to be shipped to meet tight timescales so that our electro-mechanical engineer could install the solutions and provide engineering assistance on site.
