We provide our customers with a commissioning service using a consultation approach where our technical sales engineers will discuss your specific requirements with you and provide a variety of options that would meet your needs, taking into consideration your budgetary guidelines and any other restrictions or conditions we need to work to satisfy, like a low headroom operation, clean room grade or explosion proof rated equipment.
Our technical sales engineers are experienced in working with all types of customers, whether they are a contractor who knows precisely what they need from us or an end user who knows what they want to achieve but aren't sure what lifting equipment or system would be best suited. We ask a series of questions to ascertain the information we need to help you find the best lifting solution for you.
The most important part of the commissioning process is strong communication. Our technical sales engineers are your single point of contact and will work with other area's of the business to plan a lifting solution specifically to suit your needs. We can provide rendered visuals so that you can see the system during the earlier stages of the process prior to sign off and we provide you with a comprehensive quote detailing the technical specification of the equipment. Once supplied and/or installed we will provide all of the relevant certification for the equipment.
