Louise Ougham returns to Hoist UK
Hoist UK and Truss UK are delighted to announce the return of Business Development Manager Louise Ougham. Louise left Hoist UK in June 2017 relocating south to live with her husband Nick. She will be heading up the brand new Southern Division of Hoist UK based in Egham Surrey.
Louise initially started with Hoist UK in 2008, then Louise Dickson, as an administrator. Over the years she repeatedly proved her worth. Moving from sales and marketing positions before progressing to become General Manager. Louise played a pivotal role in the initial growth and continued success of Hoist UK.
Louise’s CV speaks for itself; with 5 LEEA qualifications alongside training to NQA standards. Louise was Hoist UK’s business ISO auditor and helped the company achieve ISO 9001:2015 accreditation status.
Louise is also SMSTS trained and CITB Site Safety Plus certified. Her new role will be business development manager, heading up the new Hoist UK Southern Division.
Louise will be working alongside her counterpart James Jordan, based in the Hoist UK's Head Office in the North West. Together they will focus on providing better business support for our clients alongside future development and growth of Hoist UK.

Louise said: “I’m thrilled to be returning to Hoist UK after 18 months away. Having spent 9 years of my career with the company, It really feels like I’m working with old friends rather than colleagues.”
