The Requirements
Our customer, top aerial artiste Valerie Murzak required a performer cube for her aerial routine at the International Motor Show in Bangkok.
The performer cube needed to be lightweight and compact with the ability to breakdown into smaller components. The performance required 3 aerialists to be on the cube therefore the design needed to take into account these loadings.
The Solution
The cube was designed and manufactured in accordance the latest Eurocode for aluminium structures, namely BS EN 1999-1-1. The cube was proof load tested and certified prior to shipment to Valerie.
The cube was designed for use in a routine with three performers, which is quite unique for cubes of this type and therefore was designed specially for this purpose to her specific requirements.
